This service will provide you with a custom preliminary floorplan that you can shop around with. This plan is verified by the city for planning and building code conformance. This service includes 1 virtual design workshop to produce the floor plans to your liking and budgeting needs.

  • $500 - projects up to 750sf

  • $750 - projects up to 1000sf

  • $1000 - projects up to 2000sf
